On Sunday September 11th, the 7th Annual Charity Dog Wash was held at our store. Pro Feed, donated 5% of the day's sales to the clinic, and Breeder's Choice (Avo Diets), supplied the tubs, shampoo, and treats. The proceeds went to Capital Animal Care which Care operates the Capital Area Mobile Spay Neuter Clinic. The mobile clinic offers subsidized spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations and other wellness services to pets of families with little or no income. Additionally, the mobile unit is used for mobile adoptions, emergency response, and distribution of pet food to needy families. Click on the photos to enlarge the picture.
